Arvedan Contact

Arvedan acquires civil money judgments.

We purchase court-awarded judgments from the businesses and institutions that hold them. Collection becomes our work, conducted in our name and at our expense.

Request a no-obligation evaluation

The case is won. The money is not.

Most civil money judgments are never collected. The court awards the judgment; it does not enforce it. An unpaid judgment is still an asset, and it can be sold and assigned like any other receivable.

We buy files that have already stalled, we underwrite them on our own criteria, and we take the recovery risk from the day of assignment.

Immediate payment

A negotiated cash price paid at assignment, not a contingency share of an uncertain recovery.

No cost, no effort

No enforcement expenses, no filings, no collection firms to manage. We prepare the assignment paperwork; you review and sign.

Discretion

Once a judgment is assigned, the file carries our name, not yours. All further activity is conducted by us, through lawful court process, at our expense.

No obligation

An inquiry gets you an evaluation and a firm price. If the price does not work for you, there is no further commitment.

The judgments we purchase

  • Docketed civil money judgments held by businesses, financial institutions, and professional creditors
  • Unpaid, enforceable judgments, including aged files
  • Single judgments and small portfolios
  • Recorded judgment liens, abstracts of judgment, and attorney fee awards

If you hold something adjacent, ask. Evaluation is free.

If you hold judgments regularly, we can put a standing arrangement in place and review new files as they arise.

Three steps, start to finish

Share the basics

Email the case number, court, and current balance. No documents are needed for an initial view.

Receive a firm offer

We review the judgment and respond, typically within a few business days. The offer is free and carries no obligation.

Assign and get paid

We prepare the assignment paperwork and handle the filing. You are paid the agreed price at closing. From that point, enforcement is entirely ours.

There are no fees at any stage. We are buyers, not brokers.

What determines the price

Every judgment is priced on its own facts. The factors that carry the most weight are the age of the judgment and the enforcement time remaining on it, the court and state where it sits, the debtor's profile, and whether other liens or partial payments are attached.
